Oscar Wolf & His Moon Serenaders is a new constellation from Barcelona. Three musicians, all of them from different countries, keeping 1930’s swing alive. They been listening old records for many years, and that’s why most of the songs they play are not the typical jazz standards, (some are never covered before) so the majority of people may think they’re playing an original. The song selection is very exclusive and goes from obscure jazz forgotten songs to house rent-juke joint reefer party style. Blues is totally present since they all know where it all came from. The introduction of arrangements in many songs makes it even more special, adding personality and identity to the band.
